Belgrave Square is one of the grandest and largest early 19th Century London Squares and is the centrepiece of Belgravia. Laid out by Thomas Cubitt in the 1820’s, it forms part of Grosvenor Estate.

Our role incorporated undertaking an initial ‘Health Check’ of an existing project for the client and subsequent appointment as Client Representative and Project Manager by a private developer on a prestigious Grade I Listed property.
With the brief of appointing an ‘A Team’ of designers and consultants, to take the development to market as expediently as possible.
We packaged the extensive refurbishment requirements of the property into staged Contracts, maximising both detailed design requirements and construction programme(s).
