Working to the design of, and alongside the award-winning interior designer Studio Ashby, subtle architectural changes improved flow and strengthen the connection to the garden to create a modern family home.
Refurbished and extended over 15 years ago, the interiors had dated but the changes provided a blank canvas to reintroduce Arts and Craft details such as new fireplace, oak panelling and ceiling cornices.
Fulwell’s role included the recommendation and appointment of support consultants, production of a full schedule of works for the tender process, appointment of selected contractor and contract administration of the works to completion.
