With a brief to ‘reimagine’ the working environment in a post Covid world, we sort and appointed designers and consultants who are regarded as experts in their field within the commercial fit-out world, the goal was to provide a destination place of work for the businesses staff, investors, and clients alike.
Fulwell were tasked with appointing the core design team, negotiating Licence to Alter, and progressing the scheme forward through a FastTrack detail design process, tender, Cat B fit-out construction phase and agreement of the final account.
The final space includes contemporary works spaces, Bars, Café, Gym, Pod-Cast room, meeting studios, apartment, and Board Room. Requiring a cutting-edge audio visual, stringent Wi-Fi capability to allow media conferences, and flawless use of Zoom Booths throughout the space.
