In St George’s Hill
St George’s Hill is a 964-acre private gated community near Weybridge, Surrey. This beautiful estate incorporates Golf and Tennis Clubs and boasts many notable residents.
Appointed late 2022 to provide Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration services, on the fit out and landscaping Stage of a 12,000 sq ft residence for a private client.
In Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire is the Home County located immediately North of London and boast beautiful countryside, historical Towns & Villages with excellent transport links into Central London.
Fulwell were appointed as the Project Manager at the very inception of this project by a private client, for the demolition and construction of a 10,000 sq ft residence, located within one of Hertfordshire’s most desirable small Towns.
In Hampstead
Hampstead is an affluent residential community long favoured by academics, artists, and media figures. Its adjacent Heath has meadows, woodland and swimming pools, plus fantastic views of the City.
Fulwell are currently providing Project Management services on the on the extension and refurbishment of a beautiful Town House located within Hampstead Village.
In Surrey
The County of Surrey is located to the South West of London and is famed for its rural Villages and small Towns and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our client has planning permission for the demolition of out-buildings and the construction of a new Gardiners workshop and Garage complex. Our current appointment includes Project Management and Contract Administration services.
