Working with prominent architect, Robert Dye Associates, Fulwell were tasked with appointing the core design team and progressing the scheme forward through planning, detail design, tender and construction stages.
Works included the retention of the front elevation, excavation for a basement level, and addition of a pool building. The property included cutting edge audio visual, home automation, Crestron and Lutron lighting installations, all to an extremely high-quality finish to fixtures and fittings.
