Appointed to provide Contract Administration plus services by private clients, for the full internal & external refurbishment of mid-terrace period property in the highly sort after part of Chelsea within a minute’s walk of both Chelsea Green and The Kings Road.

The property was fully refurbished including structural alterations to the ground floor to provide open plan kitchen & dining area and included the addition of a roof terrace above the second floor with fully glazed sliding rooflight.
Fulwell’s role included recommendation of support consultants, production of a full schedule of works for the tender process, appointment of selected contractor and administration of the works to completion.
Co-consultants included Fox Interior Design who assisted the client with a full FF&E package to provide a fully turnkey finish for the client.
