Appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator by a private client. Fulwell were tasked with appointing the core design team and progressing the scheme forward through planning, detail design, tender and construction stages.
Works included the complete refurbishment of the property with new roof, new and refurbished windows, sensitively refurbishment internally in line with Conservation requirements, retaining original features and external landscaping.
